Please refer to the letter which details the lunch ordering process for your User Name and Password. Your User Name is your full first and full last name followed by the numerals 01as in the following example:  JohnDoe01.  Be sure to capitalize the first letter of your first and last names as the program is case sensitive.  Your password can be changed after your first login.
